I was there in the evening of 10/05/24 with a large group that kind of descended without warning. The bartender handled us all well, was friendly and personable. I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich with a side of fries, and it was fantastic! The sandwich was fresh and juicy, and the fries are the best I've had in a very long time. The music upstairs got a little loud from the jukebox, but otherwise a solid visit. Highly recommend!
Visited Syracuse, home town, met Cousins here, close to them. Food was Great, Atmosphere was more than I expected from a place in a little town. Nothing like that here in Tampa Fl. Fun all around!
Jess is very attentive and keeps up with all very demanding customers on Monday nights!
Went fishing on the 9 mile. Not much luck there but had lunch at the Tavern. Phenomenal! Had the Philly Cheese Steak with fries. They were great but the bartender was very talkative with his experience fishing . Where the hot spots were and conditions. The cook was attentive also he seemed very pleased when I told it was great. I'll be back soon.

Fun bar tenders with smiles and jokes gives this tavern some class. Good selection of draft beer with all the standard booze you'd expect. If food is your thing, hit up the Wednesday Wing deal for 5 per order.
Great food. Seriously good bar food. Beer is inexpensive and the music is great. They have goldfish races...I mean...where else can you do that? Sundays...omg bottomless Mamosas (10) and bottomless bloody Mary's (15). See you there. Get the wings.
The boneless wings and burger were both excellent, and reasonably priced as well. The service from the bartender was top notch to go along with it, I'd definitely be back!
